Delivery Information

Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). We’ll email you as soon as your order has been sent out.

Delivery Methods & Times
We offer the following delivery options within the UK:

  • Standard Delivery: £3.50 – arrives within 2–4 working days after dispatch

  • Free Delivery: For all UK orders over £50

  • Tracked Delivery: Available at checkout for peace of mind

We currently only ship within the UK.

Delivery Partners
We use trusted couriers such as Royal Mail and Evri to ensure your items reach you safely and on time.

Missed or Delayed Deliveries
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of your dispatch email, please get in touch at support@v4nlif3.co.uk with your order number and we’ll look into it right away.


Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not 100% happy, we offer a simple and fair returns process.

Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Conditions for Return

  • Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • Tags and packaging must be intact

  • You must include your order number or proof of purchase

How to Return

  1. Email us at support@v4nlif3.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
  2. We’ll confirm your return and provide instructions
  3. Post the item(s) back to the address we provide
  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 7 working days

Return Shipping Costs
You will need to cover the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or sent in error.


Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Send an email with photos and a description to support@v4nlif3.co.uk

  • We’ll arrange a refund, replacement, or exchange—including return shipping if necessary
